Day six was a day of travelling.
At first we drove to Järämä. There's a "Sturmbock"-stellung museum made out of area of German resistance at Lätäseno. During the Lapland war from October 1944 till January 1945 the German 20th Alpine Army established an area of defence on the west bank of Lätäseno river adjacent to the Swedish border.
It is quite impressive set of constructions and trenches under open air. It must've took an awful lot of effort to dig it all in the snow, in the cold ground where there are only stones around. There's also a small exhibition in the museum itself. Unfortunately we didn't have any cash with us and nearest cash machine was a few tens of kilometers away, but lady at the reception was very nice and gave us two tickets for free.
It was also quite interesting to learn how civilians survived during the Lapland war.
A ja uspeshno otprygal 8 sec. Zavtra v Tampere, i potom k vam na krajnij sever. Pogodka vrode obeshaet byt' normalnoj.
